About Us

Midlands Jaw Physiotherapy is a private clinic specialising in jaw pain (TMD), facial palsy, cervical dystonia, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Services may include physiotherapy treatment and medical botulinum toxin injections for clinical indications only.

Appointments

Appointments are booked in advance and reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays to other patients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Fees & Payment

Fees are confirmed at the time of booking or displayed on our website. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee.

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

• Failure to attend without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe weather or clinician illness) will not be charged.

Consent & Medical Information

You are responsible for providing accurate medical information. Treatment will only proceed with your informed consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Botulinum toxin injections require separate written consent.

Botulinum Toxin Treatments

Botulinum toxin is used for medical purposes only at Midlands Jaw Physiotherapy.

All procedures carry some risk. These will be discussed in advance. Results cannot be guaranteed.

Refusal or Withdrawal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or if consent is withdrawn.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
